Supply of Service :
1 . Agency : Livelee Waste Ltd acts as an agent for the refuse skip service hire
Our suppliers have authorised livelee waste Ltd to enter into skip contracts for the supply of those services on their behalf, and to collect payment under those contracts. Livelee waste Ltd receives payment from suppliers for all refuse skip services sold via the website.
2.Operation of Website: The website will invite you to supply certain information regarding your service requirements. On the basis of that information, livelee waste Ltd will recommend one supplier to you based on the best price for services matching your requirements. You will then be invited to submit a purchase order.
3. Submitting Orders: Submitting a purchase order to the website constitutes an offer to enter into a contract for the provision of refuse skip services with the third party supplier (“Supplier”). On receipt of confirmation of that order, you will be bound by a contract to purchase the services requested in the purchase order, subject to your rights to cancel or vary the order set out in clause 1 1 of these terms and conditions. You must be 18 years of age to purchase services.
4. using the website, livelee waste Ltd reserves the right to decline orders on that basis. Terms; livelee waste Ltd and Supplier will supply services to you on these terms only (as may be amended from time to time). The only circumstance where any variation to these terms will apply is where livelee waste ltd expressly agreed in writing to that variation. If there is any conflict with other terms of trade, these terms will take priority over any other terms of trade.
5.Price: The price of the goods or services is that stated on the website at the time of acceptance of your purchase order, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by Livelee waste ltd. The prices include value added tax (“VAT”). All prices are stated in Pound Sterling. All prices include the cost of delivery and removal of skips. Prices quoted are based on the information which you submit to the website and checkout on, and Livelee waste and Supplier reserves the right to vary prices if that information is incorrect.
6. Payment: You must make payment for your order upon submitting that order (“due date”) by
7. Additional Charges: You are responsible to pay the livelee waste ltd directly for any fees incurred for incorrect waste or excess weight.
8. Delivery: Supplier will endeavour to deliver refuse skips on the agreed delivery dates but neither livelee waste ltd or the Supplier will be liable for any failure or delay in delivery except as provided in clause 8. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel any order or part order.
Refunds: Livelee Waste Ltd will provide a full refund of fees paid in respect of:
(a) any ordered services not provided due to failure or delay by Supplier; or
(b) any services provided not being substantially the same as the services requested in the purchase order, provided you notify bookaskip of the request for refund within 5 working days ofthe scheduled delivery date for the service and subject to confirmation of the failure, delay orsubstantially incorrect service by Supplier.
9. Use of Skips: While refuse skips are in your possession, you will not:
(a) move any skip without Supplier’s consent.

Insurance and Notification of Accidents:
You shall be responsible for obtaining all prudent insurance cover, including third party liability and cover against loss or damage to the Skip. If the Skip is involved in any accident resulting in injury to persons or damage to property, immediate notice must be given to Livelee Waste Ltd so we can notify the Supplier.
Skip Containers may not to be moved once delivered :
Only approved materials may be loaded into the skip in accordance with our terms of hire. Restricted items include hazardous materials and combustible such as Paint, fuel,solvents,electrical appliances, gas cylinders , tyres , medical waste, asbestos in any form , batteries, mattresses If you are un sure what is acceptable or you need any of the above items removed separately please give us a call on 01932544562 and we will be happy to help and advise.
If the skip is required to be placed on a public highway, we will need to acquire a license from your local council prior to the commencement of skip hire which has additional costs payable to the local council, this can take 2-5 days for them to grant the licensing.
Livelee waste Ltd will not be liable for any penalties or other liabilities arising as a result of the failure of the customer to comply with Section 31 of the Highway Act 1 971 :
Livelee Waste Ltd reserve the right to request supporting documentation from the customer relating to compliance with Council road permits and suspended bay authorisations. Responsibility for maintaining validity of said permits and authorisations and of keeping the company updated remain with the customer at all times.
Where it is necessary for our vehicles to leave the Public Highway and enter private property to deliver or collect a container or any other materials, please be aware the customer is responsibility for claims, damages or expenses we may thereby sustain whether as a result of damage to the vehicles themselves or containers.
Additionally, the property of customers or third parties or personal injury to the customer or any third parties and customer indemnifies us against all claims, demands and costs howsoever arising.
Customers shall reimburse us in respect of any loss or damage to the containers whilst on hire to them, whatever the cause, with the exception of general wear and tear. The customer shall also fully indemnify us in respect of any claims for injury to persons or property arising out of the use of the containers whilst on hire to them however caused.
Customers undertake to adhere to the conditions of the Highways Authority (including in particular the provision of lamps and traffic cones) if containers are sited anywhere where they are likely to be a contributory cause of damage or injury to third parties during the hours of darkness, customers must provide adequate warning lights on the containers and ensure the safe loading of materials into the containers.
If we are unable to deliver a skip due to reasons such as the client not being able to provide access, car blocking access, cannot fit on customers property , Hire charges may still apply a non refundable £75 plus vat is charged for this instance :
Should the company become aware that customers have our skip containers and are not in compliance with the above terms and conditions of hire, we reserve the right to remove the skip container immediately without notice.
Any overloaded skip bin will be refused and a the customer will have to remove the additional waste back to the level load indicators and a £ 100 plus vat charge will apply before the skip is collected.
Waiting over 1 5 minutes is charged at £25 plus vat , over 1 5 minutes to 30 mins is charged at £50 plus vat , after 30 minutes the skip delivery / change over / collection is cancelled then £75 plus vat is applied and re booking required and charge will have to be taken before redelivery.
Livelee Waste Ltd and facilities require upto 2 days notice for all skip bin deliveries and change overs and 3 days notice for collections for online bookings. We can offer a quicker service but please call our office on 01932544562 to book for same day / next day turnarounds.
Skip deliveries are not time specified we can only provide the day of booking which is 7.30 am to 5pm .We will always try and offer a am or pm slot if possible please contact the office if we have not specified this.
The hirer shall direct the driver where to deposit or pick up the skip :
The owner will remove or reposition the skip if required at any time to do so by a highway authority or constable in uniform under Section 140 of the Highway Act 1980.
Except as specifically otherwise agreed in writing the owner agrees to dispose of the contents of the skip.
